The entire area was built in the late 1990’s by Phileo Promenade Sdn Bhd. Menara TM Asia Life was initially Asia Life (M). Tokio Marine Life (M)’s presence in Malaysia was the result of a strategic alliance between Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co and Asia General Holdings (Asia Life’s parent company) in March of 2007.
